The TRON Recognizer Battery Widget recognizes when your phone needs recharging!elecTRON Battery is a TRON Legacy inspired 2x2 battery indicator widget. As seen in the movie the platform of the RECOGNIZER rises and falls, not to kidnap you for the games, but to indicate your battery level :) The lower your battery levels, the lower the platform goes. It also indicates the level numerically. The widget updates approximately once a minute.
*NOTE* Motorola phones report battery life information by the TENS, for example: 10, 20, 30, 80, 90, and so this is what the widget will display if you have a Motorola device - please keep this in mind.
*NOTE* Running a TASK KILLER such as ATK on your device can prevent the widget from being updated and/or cause a force close. You must configure the task killer to IGNORE the widget!!!
You may choose between a standard RECOGNIZER as seen in the movie, or an exotic ice blue version.
The elecTRON Battery widget can be configured to launch any app you have installed, when tapped.
the elecTRON Battery widget tries to be battery friendly: It does not use a persistent service, and when the phone enters sleep mode, it stops issuing updates until you turn the screen on again.
NOTE:
Upon installing the elecTRON Battery Widget you will be presented with a logo and a screen with some basic instructions and disclaimers. This Activity can be launched again from the elecTRON Battery icon in your application drawer.
TO ACTUALLY PLACE THE WIDGET ON YOUR HOME SCREEN:
You will have to *long-press* on your home screen and choose "elecTRON Battery" from the list of widgets that pops up. You will then be presented with a configuration screen. There is a readme button on this screen, please use it and read it. A license check will also be performed here and your android device must be connected to the network to complete this successfully. You will not be able to install an elecTRON Battery widget until the license verification has been successful.
